Did you know you could paint ceramics at Walt Disney World?
Most of the Community Hall locations at Disney Vacation Club Resorts offer a ceramics craft. The options and days available vary at each location. You paint the ceramics with your choice of glaze and then we fire them in our kilns just like at a standerd ceramic studio. This is a great idea if you’re looking for a fun, unique, personalized souvenir.
Yesterday I got the awesome task of making some examples with one of my coworkers. This is what they look like before being fired, I will post some photos when they are finished. :)

So, I was out cleaning campfire on a part of the savannah overlook that had been closed for the night…
& I had the hiccups really bad.
& then I hiccuped so loud it echoed through the resort.
Softly in the distance I heard a little voice inquire “What animal was that mommy?”
I really like watching movies with the commentary….
I mean I REALLY REALLY like it.
I was working in Simba’s Cubhouse and we only had 3 children left and they were all playing playstation with headphones on. This seemed like the perfect opportunity to watch a film with the commentary on. So I popped in The Incredibles and chose one of its two commentary options.
It wasn’t long before the children abandoned their video games and joined me at the TV.
”I can’t hear the TV!” one boy exclaimed.
”That’s funny, I can hear it just fine” I replied.
”NO I CAN’T HEAR THE MOVIE”
”WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE”
”WHERE ARE THESE VOICES COMING FROM”
”WHAT IS HAPPENING”
I’m not gonna’ lie this entertained me for like 20 minutes.
